Sweet boondi is a deep-fried Gram flour pearls dipped in sugar syrup. We can use all-purpose flour instead of gram flour or chickpea flour. It can make with just three ingredients with deep frying in oil.

The batter should be slightly thin; it will never be thick because it wants to flow and be pearl-shaped. This sweet is tasty and colorful, so it is known for its color and taste. So adding color is optional. It can be a single color; if you choose healthily, you can use turmeric powder for coloring. Using two more colors will be pleasing to your eyes. Sweet boondi is a multi-purpose sweet recipe because you can make boondi ladoo with this sweet boondi when you shape it like a ball. And must deep fry the pearls. It’s important. And the sweetness of this recipe is your preference. If you choose mild sweetness, you can decrease the time the boondi is soaked in sugar syrup.
