Banana fritters, Ethakka Appam, Pazham Pori, നാടൻ പഴം പൊരി is Kerala’s most popular and traditional snack. 

This recipe is a delicious and simple snack we prepared with ripe bananas and all-purpose flour. For health reasons, you can use whole wheat flour too.  

It is a quick and easy South Indian Snack. Nendran banana using to make this delicious and mouth-watering recipe. 

Dip the sliced plantains in the batter and deep fry the slices to perfection. Adding rice flour makes pazham pori more crispy. Adding turmeric powder makes it a light yellowish color, and the time it gets golden crispy, it looks amazing. Instead of turmeric powder, we can also use yellow food color.

നാടൻ പഴം പൊരി is delicious and mouthwatering. It’s crispy outside at the same time, soft inside. If the batter is perfect, anyone can make this recipe quickly.

Ingredients Of Pazham Pori 

2 Nendran banana
1 Cup Maida
½Cup Rice flour
1 Tsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Pinch Turmeric powder or yellow food color
Water
Coconut Oil for frying
