Mint is a type of plant that has lots of health benefits. It helps digestion and improves the immune system. Using the Mint in detox water for weight loss is common. It also improves skin health and is used as a mouth freshener. 

Lemon helps digestion and hydrate our body. It has a good source of vitamin c.

Mint Lime is a healthy and refreshing drink made from fresh mint leaves and lemon for summers. The flavor of the fresh Mint makes the taste better. The nice combo of the Mint and lime keeps refreshing the mind and body. 

This juice is a great source of vitamins and minerals due to the mint leaves.

We use mint leaves raw to add at the end of cooking to maintain their delicate flavor and texture. Here we will use the fresh-squeezed mint leaves and lemon.  

The cooling sensation of this drink is perfect to beat the summer, and the refreshing fragrance and pleasing taste make you feel fresh and better.

Fresh Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Sugar 2 tbsp 

Water 1 glass 

Ice cubes as per choice
